Release Summary (September 2019)
We've changed to a new look and feel for our dashboard! We have changed the dashboard based upon your feedback. We changed to a left navigation, that can also be collapsed by clicking on the RichRelevance logo. The home page has been redesigned with a new set of reports that category, brand, and product performance, sales performance, performance by page type, and the top product purchases in the last hour pulled from our real-time analytics. The right side bar gives you the recent activity by all users improving on collaboration. The Recently Visited section allows you to click back to pages that you had recently viewed. The overall look and feel of the pages has been updated with more to come.
We've added a Funnel Analysis report to the list of site wide reports for Experience Browser. The Funnel Analysis report tells you the number of visits that hit each page. You can filter the report to compare the following cohorts:
- All visits
- Visits with recs clicks
- Visits without recs clicks
- Visits without purchases
- Visits with purchases
