16.12 Release Notes
What’s new in 16.12
The RichRelevance 16.12 release on September 15, 2016, includes the following client-facing updates:
- Dashboard - 1) When a p13n call is made, the version number can now be returned, 2) With p13n version 1.2, document.write is no longer required for placement writes.
- Discover - Updates to the Find service to support Find Beta processing.
- Engage - 1) The segservice debug page is re-enabled. 2) A customized port number can be specified in the Export ftp settings.
- Science - Personalized Replenishment Strategy - the production version is now available.

Engage

- The segservice debug page is re-enabled.
- portal.richrelevance.com/segservice/index.html, used for segservice debug data, is restored.
- A customized port can be specified in the Export ftp settings.
- A custom ftp port can now be specified for engage exports (by appending :portnumber to the end of the domain, ie: ftp.domain.com:2022). If not specified, defaults are still being used 21 for ftp, and 22 for sftp
Science
Improvements
- Personalized Replenishment Strategy - the production version is now available. Consult with Science team if you wish to enable it for any given site.
- Personalized Replenishment uses population data to determine products that are replenishable, and the rough overall replenishment frequency of those products.
- For an individual shopper, their individual purchasing frequency will be used when there is sufficient data, and the population frequency is used as a back-up.
