Bug Fix
Title: Modify eval-export job. Jobs having extra spark tasks due to actions in the logs. If the final job status is failed, it was overridden at the end by success state in the database.
Summary: Modified logs so that it will not create extra tasks that might take additional processing. Also added a condition such that the final states (failed or successful) are differentiated in the database.
