Title: Bypass leaderless collection in deployment.
Summary: For the very rare situation where a Solr collection becomes leaderless, it is still possible to query but not to do a batch Find update.  This solution allows a fresh batch index to replace the damaged Find/Solr index.

Title: Invalid property after adding property to product collection.
Summary: When adding a new property to the Streaming Catalog Property definition, you can immediately ingest a product that uses the new property.  Before you would get an invalid item error.
