Issue: Searches for SKU properties only return matching SKUs, instead of relevence-sorted SKUs.
Fix: Change the search service to return all SKUs in a product when at least one SKU matches the search criteria. Sort the SKUs by relevance.

Bug Fixes
Issue: Personalized Discover results with merchandising rules were re-arranged by a Recommend post-processor. This resulted in intermittent changes in output.
Fix: Apply the same opt-out logic for both Personalized and Non-Personalized Discover strategies.
