Summary: With advanced filtering, users can use labels, placements and the range of priorities to find content rules within long lists.
The Analytics Beta features a new data pipeline to improve reliability and quality of data and several new reports. Be aware that a change was made to the definition for sessions, where we now incorporate a 30 minute timeout for sessions and call each visits. The following new reports have been created and are available for clients interested in being part of the beta:
Sales Report – Measures the impact of Recommendations across several key sales metrics, including Attributable Sales, Revenue per Visit, or Average Order Size. Daily or weekly results, results for a specified period, cumulative results by day, or year over year comparisons can be made.
Cohort Report – Measures the impact of recommendations vs. no recommendations across key metrics, such as Average Order Value, Revenue per Visit, or Conversion Rate.
Advanced Merchandising Rules Report – Measures the impact of Advanced Merchandising Rules on Attributable Sales, Click Thru Rate, Clicks, and how often the results of a rule are viewed.
Site Analytics Report - Offers deep analysis of recommendation performance for key metrics with daily totals for date range specified. The report enables you to filter data across multiple fine-grained dimensions including individual strategies, page types, placements, channels and categories.
Placements Report – Provides the ranked order by performance for placements across key metrics, including Attributable Sales, CTR, Items and Orders from recs. The report enables you to see the performance of a placement and compare it with placements site-wide and see all placements where a strategy played.
Strategies Report – Provides the ranked order by performance for strategies across key metrics, including Attributable Sales, CTR, Items and Orders from recs. The report enables you to see the performance of strategies for a given placement, set of placements, or site-wide.
Email Recommendations – Monitors the performance of email recommendation campaigns across key metrics, including Campaign Sales, Impressions, and CTR.
Engage Content – Measure content impact across key metrics, including Revenue per Visit, Average Order Value, and CTR. The report includes a Site Wide view, along with a Content Overview, Rule Overview and Tag Overview to drill into performance rules and tags.
Engage Segment – Measure impact of content on segments across key metrics, including Revenue per Visit, Average Order Value, and CTR. The report enables a granular level of reporting with the ability to drill into Segments, Channels, Page Types and Placements, Rules, and specific Content.
User Profile page corrected to pull user profile data from the appropriate region
Summary: User Profile page was only pulling user profile data from the Americas region. Now a site can be configured to pull from Americas, APAC, EMEA or for client-side integrations, from the region of the logged in user's IP address.
Detail: With the 18.17 release, the user profile page can now pull data from the appropriate region. If your site is server-side integrated, RichRelevance Support or your Account Manager may need to update a configuration for this to take effect.
