User id passed on email click URL and utilized in generating recs.
Summary: After clicking on the recs in the email, the user id gets passed through the url onto the site and helps in generating recs. A site config (enabled by default) is used to control this behavior.
Bug Fixes
Issue: apostrophe is getting double escaped.
Fix: changed the apostrophe to html entity code
